PURPOSE: A ring network based power distribution system and a network operation method thereof are provided to execute communication without crosstalk. CONSTITUTION: Ring communication devices(121,122) form multi-rings type signal paths by combining with a master ring communication device through an optical communication line. Each of optical distributers is individually installed in distribution points combining with a multi-ring type signal path. Each of the optical distributers combines a plurality of other side ports and each one side port. Each of the optical distributers includes a directivity transferring the optical signal inputted from random other ports to the one side port without a signal flow between the other ports.
