PURPOSE: A hitch receiver device for a vehicle is provided to remove the use of a separate hitch cover by keeping a hitch receiver in a rear back beam when not in use.;CONSTITUTION: A hitch receiver device for a vehicle comprises a hitch guide(20), a hitch receiver(30), a vehicle body mounting bracket(14), and a guide mounting bracket(15). The hitch guide is connected to a vehicle body panel(12) by penetrating through a rear back beam(11). The hitch receiver is connected to the hitch guide to vertically move along the hitch guide. The vehicle body mounting bracket is protruded to a lower side of the rear back beam when utilizing a trailer function. The vehicle body mounting bracket is positioned in the rear back beam when not in use the trailer function. The vehicle body mounting bracket is connected to the vehicle body panel and is protruded to an upper part of the rear back beam.
