PURPOSE: A wearable device for supporting muscular strength for a human body is provided to continuously weld in an overhead position by supplying the wearable device for supporting the muscular strength.;CONSTITUTION: A wearable device for supporting muscular strength for a human body comprises a backrest unit(100), an arm fixing unit(200), and a neck support unit(300). A backrest unit is formed to wear on a human body and supports an upper body. The backrest unit includes a shoulder hanger(110), a backrest panel(120), and a waist hanger(130). The shoulder hanger is formed in an arc shape to be adhered to both shoulders of an operator. The backrest panel is connected to the shoulder hanger and supports the back of the operator. The waist hanger is connected to the end of the backrest panel and is formed in an arc shape where the front is opened to surround the waist of the operator. The arm fixing unit is connected to one side of the backrest unit to fix the arm of the operator in a predetermined angle.
