PURPOSE: A hot-stamping molding method capable of preventing wrinkles of a material and omitting a post process and a hot-stamping molding device for the same are provided to mold a peripheral portion after pressing a central portion of the material, thereby preventing the generation of wrinkles of the central portion.;CONSTITUTION: A hot-stamping molding method capable of preventing wrinkles of a material comprises a base plate(110), a lower mold(120), an upper mold(130), a pad mold(135), a blank holder(170), a press slide(140), a first elastic supporting unit(150), a second elastic supporting unit(155), a front cutting unit(160), and a buffering pin(180). The upper mold corresponds to the lower mold and includes a through-hole. The pad mold is independently moved upwards and downwards in the through-hole of the upper mold. The press slide moves the upper mold and the pad mold. The first elastic supporting unit is arranged between the press slide and the upper mold. The second elastic supporting unit is arranged between the press slide and the pad mold. The front cutter unit cuts a blanket exposed to the lower parts of the upper and lower molds.
