FLATNESS REMAINING UNIT FOT REPAIRING PRECAST PANEL OF CONCRETE PAVEMENT, AND REPAIRING METHOD

PURPOSE: A flatness ensuring unit for repairing a concrete pavement precast panel and a repairing method thereof are provided to improve onsite constructionability by ensuring the flatness of the precast panel when partially repairing a concrete pavement. CONSTITUTION: A flatness ensuring unit(100) for repairing a concrete pavement precast panel comprises a pillar strut(110), an upper horizontal panel(120), a fixing panel(130), a fixing panel rotation hinge(140), a pulley(150), a wire rope(160), a gap holding chain(170), and a hook(180). The pillar strut is shaped into a foldable tripod. The upper horizontal panel is formed on upper part of the pillar strut. The fixing panel is formed at the tip end of the pillar strut for limiting the lifting height of a precast panel and ensuring the flatness of the precast panel. The fixing panel rotation hinge is formed at the tip end of the pillar strut. The pulley winds the wire rope. The wire rope is joined to the precast panel for lifting the precast panel. The gap holding chain is separately arranged in three pillar struts. The hook is formed at the tip end of the wire rope.
