PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING BONE MARROW-DERIVED ALLERGEN-STIMULATED DENDRITIC CELLS FOR TREATING ASTHMA

PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for treating asthma is provided to be used as a cell therapeutic agent for treating asthma using bone marrow-derived allergen-stimulated dendritic cells.;CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating asthma contains bone marrow-derived allergen-stimulated dendritic cells as an active ingredient. The allergen is egg yolk. The composition contains 4x10^5 to 6x10^5 dendritic cells. The dendritic cells suppress IL-4 and IL-5 generation and promote IFN-gamma and IL-10 generation to treat asthma.
