PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a brake disc, a mold for manufacturing a brake disc, and a brake disc are provided to classify a part according to a necessity of intensity by consecutively selection gravity casting a grey cast iron and a nodular graphite cast iron in the same casting process and by deleting a hub part.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a brake disc comprises the following steps: a mold(100) in which a joint part(120), a wall part(160), and a friction part(140) are integrated into one body is manufactured; a gap is formed with a certain depth along a circumference of the joint part in order to form an interface and to prevent an overflow of a molten metal between the wall part and the joint part; an overflow(144) of a constant area is formed to an outside of the wall part opposed with the gap; a first material is integrated into an inlet port(142) of the friction part with not exceeding the gap; and a second material is injected into an inlet port(122) of the joint part after finishing the first injection step.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
