PURPOSE: A two-arch tunnel capable of easy drainage and a construction method of the same are provided to obtain an excellent leakage prevention effect and to prevent a precast segment concrete lining from being separated from a main line tunnel.;CONSTITUTION: A pilot tunnel is excavated(S10). A wall unit precast is manufactured in order to form a center wall and enter the center of the pilot tunnel(S20). A launching unit and a traction unit are formed so that the center wall and a precast segment concrete lining are drawn towards the pilot tunnel(S30). The center wall is formed by connecting and unitizing a precast, and the center wall is drawn along a rail unit(S40). The center wall is drawn along the pilot tunnel for connection, and a main line tunnel is excavated before a precast concrete lining is manufactured(S50). The precast segment concrete lining is drawn into the main line tunnel and is connected to the center wall(S60).
