PURPOSE: Nitrogen oxide(NOx) treating method and apparatus are provided to treat high concentration nitrogen oxides which are hard to be treated with a general selective catalytic reduction.;CONSTITUTION: A method to treat highly concentrated nitrogen oxides comprises the following steps; a step which passing exhaust gas which is an object of treatment through an absorption tower(14), and reduces nitrogen dioxide among the nitrogen oxides by absorption; a step which increases a temperature up to 180 deg. C by receiving heat from the exhaust gas in which reaction is finished as nitrogen oxide polluted air, in which parts of nitrogen dioxide is reduces, passes through a thermal exchanger(20); a step in which the temperature is increased to 300 deg. C, and in which optimal denitrification is conducted with the temperature increased nitrogen oxide polluted air passing through an electronic heater(21); a step which reduces the nitrogen oxides into nitrogen which is harmless by the reaction of the nitrogen polluted air and ammonia which is a reducing agent; a step which transfers heat to the polluted air which flows into the heater with the exhaust gas passed through the thermal exchanger, and which discharges the exhaust through a chimney(25).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
