PURPOSE: A silver paste composition is provided to form silver recrystallized powder while reducing insulation due to a glass frit powder layer after sintering, thereby reducing interfacial resistance between a substrate and an electrode.;CONSTITUTION: A silver paste composition for forming an electrode of a solar cell comprises silver powder(20), glass frit powder(60), organic binder, and tin-based powder(80) of which the thermal expansion coefficient is 21x10^(-6) /°C, the thermal conductivity is 66.8 (W/mk, 25°C), and the specific resistance is 11.5 x10^(-6) Ωcm. The tin-based powder is tin or in oxide of which average particle diameter is 0.1-10 micron. The tin oxide includes ITO, ATO, or FTO. The amount of the tin-based powder is 1-20 parts by weight based on 100.0 parts by weight.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
