PURPOSE: A system for presenting comments and media and a method thereof are provided to present the comments and the media by linking a time code with the comments.;CONSTITUTION: A server stores comments about media for a user of an SNS(Social Network Service). A device outputs media and communicates with the server(205). The device outputs the media for display and senses the comments related to the media based on a request for the comments(210). The device senses a time code related to the comments and outputs the graphic expression of the comments based on the time code(220).
