PURPOSE: A phase analysis method of dual phase steel using EBSD(Electron Back Scattered Diffraction) is provided to apply to the dual phase steel composed of two phases having almost the same crystalline structure. CONSTITUTION: A phase analysis method of dual phase steel using EBSD is as follows: a step of measuring the crystal orientation of target specimens using the EBSD(S100); a step of classifying the structural units of a fine structure according to a specific reference value(S110); and a step of calculating the BS(Band Slope) value of multiple pixels contained in the classified structural units and applying the calculated mean BS value to the multiple pixels(S120).
