PURPOSE: A method for trapping ginger oil is provided to provide ginger oil with soft and long term-lasting ginger scent, by using β-cyclodextrin to prevent hot taste of ginger oil from being strongly trapped.;CONSTITUTION: A method for trapping ginger oil using β-cyclodextrin comprises a step of manufacturing β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution by adding β-cyclodextrin to distilled water(S110); a step of manufacturing a mixture by mixing the β-cyclodextrin aqueous solution and ginger oil(S120); and a step of trapping ginger oil in the β-cyclodextrin while rotating the mixture(S130).
