PURPOSE: A method for fermenting Phellinus mushroom and a product of Phellinus mushroom are provided to extend preservation period without a separate fermentation chamber.;CONSTITUTION: A method for fermenting Phellinus mushroom comprises: a step of drying Phellinus mushroom, Molokia, ginger, and rice straw and pulverizing in a size of 20-100 micrometer; a step of mixing the pulverized Phellinus mushroom, Molokia, ginger, and rice straw in a mass ratio of 60:20:10:10; a step of mixing the mixed powder with purified water in a volume ratio of 50:50; a step of fermenting the mixture for 3-15 days; a step of mixing the fermented material and purified water in a weight ratio of 1:2 and extracting at 40-55 deg.
