PURPOSE: A signal supply apparatus, an analog to digital converting apparatus using the same, and an image sensor are provided to generate a separate signal which is linked to a delivered signal, and to transmit the delivered signal and the generated separate signal to a rear end of the signal supply apparatus.;CONSTITUTION: When a first signal is delivered through a first signal line(110), a signal generator(150) receives the first signal through a third signal line(140), and generates a third signal by using the level information of the first signal. The signal generator provides the generated third signal to the first signal line and a second signal line(120) through the third signal line.
