PURPOSE: A phenylpolysiloxane resin is provided to have excellent heat resistance, light resistance, high transparency, high refractivity, and excellent workability.;CONSTITUTION: A phenylpolysiloxane resin comprise a phenylsiloxane unit with a functional group as a core; and a core-shell structure represented by chemical formula 1 by forming a shell with a siloxane unit with various functional groups.
