PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a crash pad is provided to prevent the damage and to minimize the thickness deviation of foam by manufacturing the crash pad using a spraying gate made of a plurality of nozzles.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a crash pad comprises: a step of manufacturing the crash pad forming a resin layer; a step of spraying a foam(300) by dispersing to a plurality of foam in the resin layer(400) using a spraying gate forming a plurality of nozzles and manufacturing a foam layer; a step of cutting a foam piece which is formed after manufacturing the foam layer; a step of preparing a body(100), an inlet, and the nozzle(110), in the spraying gate; a step of including the inlet inside the body and inducing the foam into the body; a step of connecting the nozzle and the inlet and spraying the foam inducing through the inlet to the outside; a step of forming the nozzle to be inclined with the predetermined angle from the front end of the inlet; and a step of forming the nozzle with the diameter which is gradually increased from one side to the other side.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
