PURPOSE: A polyimide film is provided to have high light shielding performance, low luster, improved insulating, and heat resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A polyimide film comprises a polyimide-based polymer which is obtained by reaction of dianhydride component and diamine; and 5-10 wt% of a polyimide powder distributed in the film; and additionally includes a color pigment. The film has a luster value of 50-60°. The weight ratio of the color pigment is 2-10 wt% of the film weight.
