PURPOSE: A compound for an organic electroluminescent device is provided to enhance the luminous efficiency of a phosphorescence light emitting material due to high triplet state energy and excellent electrical stability with electron and positive hole transporting ability.;CONSTITUTION: A compound for organic electroluminescent device is indicated as chemical formula 1. The organic electroluminescent device comprises a first electrode, a second electrode, and a single or multiple organic layers(130) between the first and second electrodes. One or more organic layers selected from the single or multiple organic layers comprise the compound for the organic electroluminescent device.
