PURPOSE: A pressure-resistant and water-proof protection vessel for deep sea is provided to reduce thickness of a cylindrical case and to not form a plurality of screw holes in the cylindrical case.;CONSTITUTION: A space part(101) which can mount a PCB and various mechanical apparatuses can be mounted. A cover(200) is coupled to one opening of the cylindrical case. A plurality of O-ring(300) is attached to the case at assembling, by being coupled to a groove on a cover. A projection(401) is inserted into the end of a cover which is coupled to both end of a cylindrical case. A through hoe inserts a coupling insertion unit.
