PURPOSE: A rail-to-rail comparator, a pulse amplitude modulation receiver using the same, and a communication system including the same are provided to detect input signals in all voltage ranges and to reduce power consumption for guaranteeing system performance and reliability.;CONSTITUTION: A rail-to-rail comparator(10) comprises a first comparison unit(12), a second comparison unit(14), and an output unit(16). The first comparison unit is connected to a first terminal and compares differential input signals to differential reference voltages. The second comparison unit is connected to a second terminal and compares the differential input signals to the differential reference voltages.
