BAMBOO FIBER POLYPROPYLENE COMPOSITION WITH EXCLLENT MECHANICAL PROPERTY AND WITH LESS SMELL FOR CAR PARTS

PURPOSE: A bamboo fiber polypropylene composition is provided to be excellent in mechanical property such as inner scratch resistance and lightness so that the composition becomes less smell and environmental friendly car parts.;CONSTITUTION: A bamboo fiber polypropylene composition comprises 30-80 parts by weight % of propylene resin, 15-65 parts by weight of bamboo fiber, 2-10 parts by weight % of maleic anhydride grafted maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene and 2-4 parts by weight % of deodorant. The polypropylene resin has 0.5-80 g / 10 minutes (ASTM D 1238, 230 °C) of melt index. The bamboo fiber is 100 micron - 10 mm in length. Maleic anhydride grafted maleic anhydride-grafted polypropylene is grafted with 0.1-1 parts by weight % of maleic anhydride.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
