PURPOSE: A delayed locked loop is provided to reduce current consumption y by deactivating a part of the delayed locked loop configuration after completion of locking operation.;CONSTITUTION: A delay unit (310) generates an output clock by delaying an input clock. A replica delay unit (320) generates a feedback clock by delaying the output clock. A phase comparison unit (330) compares phase between the input clock and feedback clock. If phase difference between the input clock and feedback clock is less than a first value, a first fixing signal generation unit (340) activates a first fixing signal.
