摘要

PURPOSE: An adaptive noise cancellation technology for low illuminance environment according to the frequency analysis is provided to convert an image into the frequency domain, to recover the image character of each pixel, and to adaptively perform the noise cancellation according to the image character, thereby efficiently removing the noise of image with serious noise.;CONSTITUTION: An image is converted into a frequency domain by using two-dimensional (2D) cosine transform. A one-dimensional (1D) frequency domain is made up by using zigzag scanning in order to convert the frequency domain into the 1D frequency domain. A part excluding direct current (DC) from the converted frequency domain is separated into four kinds of bands. The dispersion of each band is calculated. If the dispersion of one band is larger than the other domain, an adaptive noise cancellation is performed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
