PURPOSE: A surface quality control method in a twin roll strip casting process is provided to control the temperature of a strip material by maintaining a constant amount of scale on the strip material, thereby maintaining a constant roll force of a rolling roll.;CONSTITUTION: A surface quality control method in a twin roll strip casting process comprises following steps: setting a standard casting velocity according to the types of steel produced and a standard nitrogen supply amount in an atmosphere maintaining unit (8); measuring the casting velocity; and controlling the nitrogen supply amount in the atmosphere maintaining unit depending on the measured casting velocity.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
