PURPOSE: An aerogenerator using three-dimensional active-intelligent turbine blades which is capable of driving a high performance vertical/horizontal shaft is provided to prevent a blade from being bent toward a main tower even when the blade meets the wind of a velocity limit or a typhoon since turbine blades rotates at right angles to the main tower. CONSTITUTION: An aerogenerator using three-dimensional active-intelligent turbine blades comprises a cam follower (400) and a cylindrical cam. A blade (200) is connected to one side of the cam follower. The cylindrical cam is formed with a running guide unit on the outer circumference, where the other side of the cam follower is driven by the rotation of the blade to control a pitch angle of the blade. The running guide unit includes an ascending section, a descending section, and a first and second running section. The cam follower ascends or descends for the blade, which is laid down toward the wind direction, to stand; or for the standing blade to be laid down toward the wind direction. The first running section and the second running section are connected to the ascending section and the descending section respectively, and the cam follower runs in a standing or lying state of the blade. Positive torque which rotates the blade is generated in a fair wind section (F) which has the wind direction identical with the rotational direction of the blade, and drag is minimized in a headwind section (R) which has the wind direction that is the counter direction of the rotation of the blade.
