ENGINE MAXIMUM OUTPUT CONTROL UNIT BY CONTROLLING THE POSITION SIGNAL OF AN ELECTRONIC ACCELERATION PEDAL IN A FORKLIFT, CAPABLE OF IMPROVING FUEL EFFICIENCY BY REDUCING UNNECESSARY ACCELERATION OPERATIONS
PURPOSE: An engine maximum output control unit by controlling the position signal of an electronic acceleration pedal in a forklift is provided to prevent driver's fatigue due to the fine manipulation of an accelerator pedal and to improve the work efficiency of a forklift.;CONSTITUTION: An engine maximum output control unit by controlling the position signal of an electronic acceleration pedal in a forklift comprises an electronic acceleration pedal (2), a position setting unit (1), a position control unit (3), and an electronic control unit (ECU) (4). The electronic acceleration pedal is operated by a driver to output voltage for corresponding to the stepped amount of the pedal. The position setting unit is installed on a dashboard to set the supplying rate of the voltage to the ECU. The position control unit reduces the voltage from the electronic acceleration pedal according to the rate to output to the ECU.
