PURPOSE: A unit cell for a solid oxide electrolysis cell is provided to reduce concentration of gas in an electrochemical reaction part by separating gas by a gas separation film, and to increase the generation efficiency of desired gases. CONSTITUTION: A unit cell for a solid oxide electrolysis comprises a cathode (13) and an anode (11); an electrolyte layer (12) formed between the cathode and the anode; gas flow channels (18) formed on the cathode; and a gas channel separated by one or more gas separation films (15) formed in the gas flow channels. The gas separation film divides a part of the gas flow channel, is attached to the inner side of the gas flow channel, or is located in the gas flow channel without being attached to the inner side of the gas flow channel.
