PURPOSE: A coastal power plant construction method by using a barge mounted with power facilities is provided to significantly reduce a construction period by separately manufacturing power facilities from the outside, mounting the power facilities on a barge, and settling the power facilities in a power plant site. CONSTITUTION: A coastal power plant construction method by using a barge mounted with power facilities comprises the following steps: forming a dry dock in a power plant site (S1); transporting a barge which generates power using a gas turbine to the front side of the dry dock (S2); allowing seawater to flow into the dry dock (S3); lifting the barge into the dry dock (S4); draining the seawater of the dry dock to mount the barge inside the dry dock (S5); and fixing the barge into the dry dock (S6).
