PURPOSE: A systemic knowledge sharing system and a systemic knowledge sharing interface method thereof are provided to induce active participation and knowledge sharing by grouping and systemizing people actively performing activities and people having the same interests. CONSTITUTION: A first database (110) stores first knowledge information possessed by members and a second database (120) stores second knowledge information which the members want. A management unit (130) searches for the first knowledge information matched with the second knowledge information. A communication unit (140) provides information about the members possessing the first knowledge information to members inputting the second knowledge information and transmits messages between the members.
