PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a red clay Korean floor heating panel and a red clay Korean heating panel manufactured with the same are provided to promote pleasant residential environment by using environmentally-friendly red clay and to improve durability and rigidity by preventing the generation of cracks caused by drying shrinkage. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a red clay Korean floor heating panel comprises as follows. A first mixture, a second mixture, and a third mixture including viscosity are mixed by mixing red clay, magnesium, silica, antifoaming agent, sodium phosphate, a waterproof agent, wood powder, margarite salt, and water (S110). The first mixture, a first reinforcing member, the second mixture, a second reinforcing member, and the third mixture are laminated (S120-S160) by being successively discharged to the upper surface of a conveyor belt, and the thickness of a laminated material is controlled (S170). The transferred laminated material is cut at a predetermined length (S180) and is dried in order to be solidified (S190). The surface of the solidified laminated material is ground so that a completed laminated material has predetermined standards (S200). Korean paper is attached to the surface of the laminated material in which grinding is completed for finishing (S210).
