摘要

PURPOSE: An image sensing device and an image sensing method is provided to prevent image of relatively bright part from being saturated with maximum brightness and measure image brightness of relatively dark part during maximum photographing time.;CONSTITUTION: An optical sensor unit (100) converts light which is reflected by subject and is inputted into electric signal and produces output. A comparison unit (200) determines the output whether to reach predetermined reference value for predetermined maximum photographing time. In case that the output reaches the predetermined reference value for the predetermined first photographing time, a clock unit (300) measures arrival time of the output.
