PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of triclosan microparticles is provided to be able to manufacture triclosan with increased skin absorption rate due to effective cross-sectional increase by miniaturizing the triclosan particle size with the supercritical fluid process using supercritical carbon dioxide. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of triclosan microparticles using the supercritical fluid process comprises a step of forming triclosan particles by contacting a mixture solvent in which triclosan is dissolved in an organic solvent to supercritical fluid with spraying; and a step of removing the organic solvent which has been used in the mixture solution by introducing the supercritical fluid. Triclosan is used at a weight fraction of 0.0001-0.50 to the weight fraction of the organic solvent.
