CAMERA AND METHOD FOR OPTIMIZING THE EXPOSURE OF AN IMAGE FRAME IN A SEQUENCE OF IMAGE FRAMES CAPTURING A SCENE BASED ON LEVEL OF MOTION IN THE SCENE, WHICH ARE CAPABLE OF CAPTURING FAST MOVING OBJECTS WITHOUT BEING BLURRY AT THE SAME TIME WHILE ENHANCING DETAILS OF A STATIONARY OR SLOW MOVING OBJECT
PURPOSE: A camera and a method are provided for optimizing exposure of an image frame in a sequence of image frames capturing a scene based on the level of motion in the scene by emulating different exposure times for different regions of the image frame based on the level of motion in a corresponding region of the scene.;CONSTITUTION: Regions of a scene having different level of motion are determined based on image data from a plurality image sensor frames (100). Image frame regions, an image frame region of which corresponds to at least one region of the scene, for the image frame are determined (102).
