PURPOSE: An injector clamp supporting device of a car and an installation method thereof are provided to support an injector clamp by using a press-fit method which fixes a heated insertion shaft on a head cover, thereby improving convenience of work.;CONSTITUTION: An injector clamp supporting device of a car includes an insertion shaft, a head, a stopper, and a fixing unit. The insertion shaft is pressed in a through hole (110) which is formed on a head cover (100), where the inner circumferential surface of the through hole is melted for the insertion shaft to be pressed in by heating the head cover. The head is formed convex on the end part of one side of the insertion shaft; and fixed protrudedly on the head cover by the insertion shaft which is pressed in the through hole to support one side of a clamp. The stopper is protruded from the outer circumferential surface of the head; set on the surface of the head which is formed with the through hole; and limits the insertion depth of the insertion shaft which is inserted into the through hole. The fixing unit is placed on the outer circumferential surface of the insertion shaft; accommodates melt on the inner circumferential surface of the through hole; and fixes the insertion shaft on the inner circumferential surface of the through hole as an identical object as the accommodated melt is cooled down to be solidified.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
