PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphene, the graphene manufactured thereof, and a super capacitor comprising the graphene are provided for a target to be pulse-irradiated with microwaves at the constant interval, thereby efficiently stably manufacturing graphene while controlling the supply of heat to a polyol solvent. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing graphene comprises: a step of dispersing graphite oxides in a polyol solvent, and decomposing the graphite oxide with ultrasonic waves; a step of adjusting the pH value of the mixed solution into the range of 8-13 by adding a pH adjusting solution into the mixed solution; and a step for the mixed solution to be pulse-irradiated with microwaves by 5-15 seconds.
