PURPOSE: A drill ship with a combined structure for reducing moonpool resistance is provided to effectively stabilize water surface in moonpool by controlling fluid flowing into the moonpool. CONSTITUTION: A drill ship with a combined structure for reducing moonpool resistance comprises a flow control unit (110), an inclined part (120), and a perturbation control slot (130). The flow control unit is formed by inserting a lower part of a block into the upper part of a hull. The inclined part is made by downwardly forming the lower part of a stern-side wall.
