PURPOSE: An embossed member with an embossed pin is provided to be operated without wounds or scratches on the skin and to make thin and minute tattoo lines.;CONSTITUTION: An embossed member with an embossed pin comprises main pins (110), a pin (100), and a holder (200) and is used for eyebrow tattoos for designing the line of artificial eyebrows. The elastic main pins are formed with a cut surface. The main pins are successively arranged in order of their length. The holder fixes and exposes the upper end of the main pin.
