PURPOSE: new fungal strain, Lecythophora sp.YP363 and a kind of manufacture resisting cellulase are provided to generate monosaccharide such as glucose and xylose using identical, to reduce from cellulosic substrate and enzyme cost. ;CONSTITUTION: fungal bacterial strain, Lecythophora sp.YP363 (deposit number: KACC93143P) has excellent heat resistance, and produces enzymatic activity and cellulase. A method of cellulase is prepared, including cultivates the bacterial strain cellulase and has been isolated from above-mentioned culture. Optimum temperature is 55 & deg of cellulase; C. Chinese toon kind Miscanthus purpurascens, reed TRIN. are selected in the culture medium of carbon source, palm fruit, skin, barley culm, straw.
