PURPOSE: An apparatus for adjusting the center of a tailstock and the tailstock including the same are provided to simplify a structure thereof in order to easily adjust the center of the tailstock.;CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for adjusting the center of a tailstock includes a base (110), a key (120) on the base, a pin (123), a body (130), and a set screw (131). The key has a pin groove (123a). The pin has a fixed part and a protrusive part. The fixed part is inserted and coupled into the pin groove. The protrusive part protrudes from the fixed part, and is above the key. The body is coupled to the upper side of the key. A coupling hole (131a) is formed at the side of the body, and a supporting part (133) is formed inside the body. The supporting part facing the coupling hole is separated from the coupling hole. A center is coupled to a spindle at the upper side of the body. The set screw is coupled to or decoupled from the coupling hole.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
