PURPOSE: A vapor discharge device for a cooking pot is provided to prevent vapor from leaking to an indoor space by allowing a cooking pot lid to effectively seal a cooking pot body.;CONSTITUTION: A vapor discharge device for a cooking pot comprises a cooking pot lid (100) and a vapor discharge pipe. The cooking pot lid is inclined downward and comprises a center protrusion (110) and a lid plate (120). The center protrusion is composed of a glass or transparent plastic material and has an exhaust hole (111). The lid plate is connected to the edge of the center protrusion and touches the top edge of a cooking pot body.
