The fan has a cabinet (1) provided with air inlet apertures, ventilator (2), electromotor (8), power supply device (9) e.g. battery, a positioning holder (7) and an diffuser (4), where the fan is attached at a surface by a Velcro(RTM: Hook and loop fastener). The fan is designed so that froth is destabilized and fragile due to the gravity-conditional leakage at a bladder surface, and reduced draught of air is directed to enable gas vesicles to blow-out such that formation of sustained froth is inhibited. The froth increase over an edge of a pot, pan to prevent over-cooking of goods.
