PURPOSE: A fuel induction type solar cell including fluoride polyelectrolyte and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve a photoelectric effect by mixing fluoride high molecular compound with liquid electrolyte before use. CONSTITUTION: A photoelectrode (150) is formed on a first electrode (110). The surface of the photoelectrode absorbs a dye (130) absorbing external light for generating excited electrons. A first substrate (100) supports the first electrode. A second electrode (210) is facing the first electrode. The second substrate (200) is facing the first substrate for supporting the second electrode. An electrolyte (300) is placed at the space between the first electrode and the second electrode.
