PURPOSE: Packet structure, packet transmission device and packet reception device are provided to improve data transmission efficiency and to efficiently perform real time processing of data in a packet reception device.;CONSTITUTION: A packet transmission device (20) includes a packet type judgment unit (21), a coupled packet generation unit (22), a single packet generation unit (23) and a first switch (25). A coupled packet information storage unit stores coupled packet information. The packet type judgment unit extracts coupled data information in the coupled packet information from the coupled packet information storage unit based on data identification information and judges a packet type to be transmitted. The coupled packet generation unit extracts the coupled packet information based on the data identification information and generates data as a coupled packet using the coupled packet information. The coupled packet includes a state bit showing a data coupled state. The single packet generation unit generates data into a single packet based on the data identification information.
