PURPOSE: A hot runner system equipped with the thermal expansion preventing member is provided to perform the efficient injection molding, and to prevent the solidification of resin caused by the single projection formed by thermal expansion and the formation of weld line formed by the solidified resin.;CONSTITUTION: A hot runner system equipped with the thermal expansion comprises a nozzle (220), a manifold (230), a thermal expansion preventing member (260). A lower insertion groove, in which the lower part of the thermal expansion preventing member is inserted, is formed in the upper side of the nozzle flow path of the nozzle. An upper insertion groove, in which the upper side of the thermal expansion preventing member preventing thermal expansion of the manifold is inserted, is formed in the manifold flow path. The thermal expansion preventing member is inserted into the upper and lower insertion grooves so that the bending by flexibility is generated when the thermal expansion is occurred in the manifold flow path. The thermal expansion preventing member prevents the formation of the single projection between the manifold flow path and the nozzle flow path by the generation of bending.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
