PURPOSE: A method and a device for reconstructing an all focused hologram are provided to improve the image quality of a hologram by focusing on all parts of the hologram when a digital hologram is reconstructed.;CONSTITUTION: Digital hologram reconstruction units (110-1 to 110-N) reconstruct digital hologram data by different focal distances. A plurality of focusing parameter computation units (120-1 to 120-N) produces focusing parameters with respect to each digital hologram. A comparison unit (130) compares the focusing parameters by pixel units.
