PURPOSE: A thermoelectric device with a surface capable of improving thermal efficiency is provided to make a large temperature difference on the same heat sink by lowering the thermal conductivity of a supporter than the thermal conductivity of a thermoelectric material surrounding the supporter.;CONSTITUTION: A supporter is formed with a shape corresponding to a waste heat environment with a curved surface. A thermoelectric material is formed on the surface of the supporter to surround the supporter. The supporter is made of materials with low thermal conductivity to maintain a temperature difference between both ends of a thermoelectric device. The thermoelectric material is made of inorganic materials or organic materials. The thermoelectric material is formed on the surface of the supporter by MOCVD, ECVD, or sputtering methods.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
