PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a TiN coating film using an asymmetric bipolar pulsed DC sputtering method and a wind turbine blade with the TiN coating film are provided to efficiently convert wind energy to power by forming the TiN coating film on the surface of a rotor blade to have ultralight and high hardness characteristics.;CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a TiN coating film using an asymmetric bipolar pulsed DC sputtering method is as follows. A duty cycle and a frequency of asymmetric bipolar pulses applied to a target are controlled. The duty cycle and a particle size of the TiN coating film are proportional relation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
