PURPOSE: An insulation (moisture-proofing) composite board/panel and an installation method for each construction part thereof are provided to solve problems such as generation of location deviation and degradation of insulating performance by removing a gap in a joint part between the insulating composite boards.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an insulation (moisture-proofing) composite board/panel is as follows. An ultra rapid hardening cement polymer-modified composite hollow plate on which an ultra rapid hardening cement polymer-modified plastering layer (11) is formed by coating a plastering material on a synthetic resin hollow plate (12) is firstly made. The insulating composite board or the insulating composite panel is made by using an adhesive to bond the composite hollow plate to various insulating boards (13).
