PURPOSE: A mobile terminal handover method is provided to perform quick handover from a serving BS to a target BS while reducing the amount of traffic.;CONSTITUTION: A terminal group for handover is formed by grouping multiple mobile terminals. A first terminal within the terminal group scans a target BS(Base Station). The other terminal within the terminal group performs handover to the target BS using the scan information of the first terminal. A plurality of mobile terminals comprises mobile terminals in a WS state of having information about the target BS necessary for handover, mobile terminals which needs to obtain information about the target BS from the mobile terminal in the WS state, and mobile terminals in an N state before handover.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
